Point To Point
Direct Transport Service between two geographic locations.
Point-to-Point services will be charged at a single, all-inclusive flat rate. In addition, if specified in your quote, you will be charged hourly rates for point-to-point services under the following conditions:
- The passenger adds stops or directs the chauffeur to continue past the original destination.
- Pickup or drop-off location exceeds standard distance or drive times.
- The vehicle type chosen requires hourly minimums because of low availability within the region.
- Your request for service occurs during a period of increased demand around major regional events.
As Directed Service
Flexible transport between multiple locations for as long as needed.
As-Directed services are charged at an hourly rate using a “garage-to-garage” calculation, meaning that time is added to the trip to account for the vehicle’s travel time to a pickup location and back to its origination point.
“Garage” locations are fixed points within a service area and are consistently applied throughout TN Empire Transportation’s service area as-directed billing process.

How far in advance should I confirm & book my reservations?
To ensure a vehicle is available when you need it, the farther in advance of your travel date you can book, the better.
I'm arriving on a private flight. Can you pick me up? −
Absolutely, we service all Private Airports (FBOs) near the cities we serve. Please note when booking online, we need the private airport’s name and address. Also, remember to include the Tail number in the Special Notes section.
Can I reserve a Non-airport car service?
Absolutely, we provide point-to-point transfers and hourly charters.
How soon will my chauffeur arrive?
We strive to arrive on time for a pickup. Our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes earlier than the reserved time. We are not rushing you: please take your time; we want you to know that we are there if you need to leave a little early.
What if my flight was delayed?
We track all our clients’ flights, so we will know if it is late or early. However, please, notify us ASAP if you change your flight.
From Airports: Domestic flights have 15 minutes complimentary waiting time, and International flights have 30 minutes complimentary waiting time from when the plane lands (we use Flightaware and Google to track flights). After the free waiting time has expired, we will charge waiting time, billed in 15min increments. SEDAN: waiting times: $23.00 for 15min, SUV: waiting times: $30.00 for 15min.
Where should I meet my chauffeur?
It depends on the type of service you’ve booked with us. For “Meet and Greet,” your chauffeur will meet you in baggage claim at the bottom of the escalator, holding a sign with the client’s name. Please also consider the walking distance to parking lots: approximately 5 minutes from baggage claim to the car. For curbside pickups, you will receive a text upon landing from your chauffeur and instructions for the pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservations at any time. However, to get a full refund, please cancel by 4 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time for SEDAN and SUV.
Is smoking allowed in vehicles?
No, all the vehicles are smoking-free.
Will I need to call to confirm my pickup?
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email, which means that your pickup is scheduled, and you don’t have to call.
